Great for free standing shoe racks

I was looking for a shelf with high sides to keep my shoes from falling off and this does the job perfectly. I hesitated a bit when I took the parts out of the box. They feel kind of cheap. But I went ahead and put it together (5 minutes max, very easy). He seems pretty strong to me. It seems to be the right height and length for my space and fits most shoes I wear regularly. The height between the shelves is just right for the ankle boots, which I'm really happy about as it's the second item I've been looking for on the shelf. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!
