Didn't help at all - Accessories and supplies

Said to eliminate static electricity, have tried this in 3 different places on my desk phone, next to my emergency call system and now in my router. There's still noise when I'm on the phone. It only happens when I speak. AT&T brand phone recommended to try, didn't help.
