I like that the system is easy to use. It also has some nice features for safety audits. Not sure if it can be used in conjunction with other applications, but it should work well by itself. The user interface could use an update. Also, there isn't much customization you can do as far as creating templates. You really need to know what you are doing when designing your own templates. There is no way to have a blank template to build pages from. We needed to create a customized page, to allow our agency to track and report on their compliance with federal regulations.
