Review on Ubiquiti Networks UniFi UAP-AC-PRO: Powerful 🔥 Dual-band WiFi Access Point with Gigabit Speeds by Jeff Figueroa

When I ordered it through Revain I got the unit with board revision 31 so new. Installation was quick and I think I could have used the existing mount from the old Unifi AP but I liked the new one better. I switched the port on my Unifi switch to 802.11af PoE instead of the passive PoE that the old access point used and it started up as soon as I plugged it in. Performance and reliability are what I've come to expect from Ubiquiti. at home with 40 devices connected, probably overkill for my needs, paired with a Unifi AC LR. The coverage is superb, I'm very happy with the device and will soon forget it even exists, it's that reliable. I've added a photo of the device mounted on the ceiling of my closet. The LED ring is quite bright but can be turned off in the controller if it becomes annoying.
