I ordered this after having problems with my right ear. She was red and dirty and she kept licking and scratching her leg. I also used some wipes but needed something to get deeper into areas I couldn't reach. Within a week her ear was back to normal! Advice I got from someone here; If your dog is like mine and HATES the ear solution, take a cotton swab and soak it well with the solution. Place this in your ear and leave it there for a while until the solution from the swab drips into your ear canal. This is certainly better than trying to throw your 70 pound pup on the floor every time he sees you approach him with a bottle. :)
