A long-awaited pan - for years I've been asking delis to bring a low-rimmed pan. It's finally here!
I've been waiting for this pan for a long time. It's a full 12" and is perfect for the largest item on my electric stovetop. But what makes this pan great are the low sides. They're about 1" tall, making them perfect for frying bacon, grilled cheese, for sautéing veggies and whatever that should be in contact with the bottom of the pan but also easy to rotate The low sides eliminate the need to tilt and maneuver the turner to accommodate the normally high sides of the pan This is fantastic If anything happened to this pan, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.(This is a completely independent review.)
