This is not an ordinary wok you find in stores. This is a well made original Japanese wok. As soon as you unpack it you will notice the difference. Try fried tofu with vegetables and some Indian style fried rice, the heat distribution is perfect. Dishes came out perfect. 10 times 10 for wok. Screw handle if you need to remove it to put it in the oven. The grip circumference is just perfect, many woks have a thinner grip. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it to home cooks looking for the perfect wok.
