Good quality, bad size chart?

I ordered them and they arrived pretty quickly. They are very well made and should last a long time. Although I ordered the right size and they didn't fit. I followed the size chart but they were about a size too big. Also, they're pretty conveniently made, except for the very long tag attached to them.
