This magazine is just beautifully made. Naturally bleached linen color on the outside. "Dear son" is embossed on the front in gold tones. From the start, this magazine seems good enough for a gift. The beginning begins with an explanation of the magazine and its various sections. This really sums up what can be expected from the recipient. There is talk of what will be included, from short stories to photos. Everything in the magazine is black and white. I think the white and black format gives it a very clean and crisp look. It looks professional. It's also something that doesn't feel too childish. The great thing is that it grows with the child and when they grow up it will be something really nice to keep as a keepsake. The prayer journal contains scriptures throughout the journal. You are on a black background with white writing. It really brings out the scriptures. It is simply a beautifully designed journal inspired by prayer. This is a personal gift and it is truly something that can be a memorable gift of a lifetime from a father. I am very satisfied with the diary, its look, feel and performance.
