Not for the Northeast US. Keychain arrived dead.

The product arrived but the key fob tab to protect against battery discharge was not attached and the battery was dead. So now I have to buy another CR2450 battery and wait for it to arrive to finish the kit. Cool. Also note that you cannot use your own SIM card for a local provider as this device is only suitable for an e-SIM. So I recommend finding out who MoniMoto uses for cell towers. I can tell you they don't use Verizon. So if you're in the Northeast US in an area served mostly by Verizon towers, I highly recommend finding version 6 and using your own SIM card. If the device cannot receive a signal, it will not tell you whether the bike has been stolen. It will not attempt to receive a signal until the interval set by the updates, which is at least 1 day. So if the device loses connectivity, you're screwed if you don't re-pair it with the app and run the configuration again. In general, the product's software requires attention. Dual SIM supports an e-SIM and a normal Micro-SIM. In fact, keep trying to reconnect when the device is detected in motion. Last change: I am sending the device back. The towers that can be used must be few and far between. While testing the device, I "stole” my own bike. I drove 15 minutes, downloaded the app and waited. Nothing. Bluetooth was also turned off. Two different operators had full 4G. Nothing. This device will NOT attempt to reconnect to cell towers while in motion without a keychain. It is extremely unreliable and I will not trust this product for thousands of dollars. I decided to return it and try V6 and provide my own SIM card. Final Edit V2: I went with amcrest's default tracker. (Gl300 or something like that, a white label device.) These devices don't care if the bike is stolen, they constantly ping the location. For some electrical work, you can hook up a big old battery or just charge it up once a week before your trip.
