My recent experience at SOLUTEK left me feeling incredibly let down, and this is coming from someone who frequently shops online and is experienced in the music industry. The company's purported "specialization" in musical instruments and accoutrements is nothing more than a front for selling low-quality goods. The products that were sent to me were of a low quality and did not meet the expectations that were set forth in their advertising. In addition, when I attempted to return the defective items, the customer support was of poor quality and did not respond to my inquiries. Because it is obvious that SOLUTEK places a higher priority on profit than the satisfaction of customers, I strongly advise staying away from this business if you value both your time and your money.
