Seemingly without reason my scalp has been extremely itchy with dandruff when I scratch my head for the past few months. I've used this shampoo twice already and have virtually no itching. This product is also very gentle on the scalp and hair, so you can definitely use it every day. I usually wash my hair every 4 days because it is very thick and frizzy and takes a long time to dry. The smell is a bit too perfumed for my liking, but for a technically medicated shampoo it still smells pretty good. However, it hasn't gotten rid of all the dandruff I still have. Edit: Not sure if this will help anyone with their decision, but my dermatologist seemed to approve of this shampoo very much when I told her I use it for dandruff. She approved the ingredients in it.
