Doesn't work well with OtterBox

Bought for a Samsung Galaxy S9 with OtterBox, it's difficult to put the phone in properly without falling out and when I do it stays in place loads only sporadically. It's also constantly flashing blue when not in use, so it's very distracting when you're driving without your phone.
