Review on PIT BOSS 68014 Roaster Griddle by Gregory Plump

I bought this specifically for making sourdough bread even though I knew it could do a lot more than just bake sourdough. The cast iron brazier/pan is the bomb. It rocks sourdough like, uh, LIKE A BOSS! I wasn't a fan of the factory finish on the pan/lid (too unfinished in my opinion) but that is typical of most new cast iron cookware. So, to fix this problem and make myself happy, I took my angle grinder with flip-up pad and polished the inside of the lid/pan. Now she's smooth as a baby's bottom. I've also made a casserole and a beef soup with veggies, both of which turned out great. I highly recommend PIT BOSS!
