I counted and checked every clasp in the package. There were 103 pieces in my package, 4 of them stuck, 1 hinge was broken and 1 hinge was too sharp to use (it seemed unfinished). But of the 4 that were stuck, after moving the loop several times, they broke free and they were ready to go. So technically there were 100 in the package that work. Ideal!
