User friendly application for both candidate's as employer when it comes to posting jobs or interviewing people! The only thing I dislike about textIO is if there are too many candidates in one post then all we see first is their picture which makes us unable choose who applies first.
It helps employers get more quality applicants with out having spend heaps on advertising costs plus also saves time by cutting down interview times compared without traditional way, saving companies thousands per year through reduced recruitment agency fees! I like how easy it is to use for both candidates and employers! It's very intuitive with all its features which makes finding what you need super quick & simple.The cost can be prohibitively high as well depending upon volume/size of business. We've been able to find some great people in our organization who have joined through textIO but haven't had any issues so far (the ones we interviewed before joining).
