Review on 🔪 Farberware Professional Paring Knives Set – Aqua Sky and Grey: Enhanced Precision and Versatility by Erica Clay

I use paring knives VERY often to cut up fruit and veg - something I do not only for cooking but also for my kids' school lunches (apples and carrots) on a daily basis. Unlike most paring knives I own (see the IKEA and Rachael Ray comparison), these are actually long enough to cut through a large apple or onion in one go! I love it! They are sharp and get the job done quickly. I like that one is notched and the other is not designed for different types of work. At the same time, they lose points just for washing their hands. SOMETHING loses points for washing hands just in my busy kitchen! It might not be a big deal, but any dishes I buy that can't be washed in the dishwasher will accumulate over time and make my life even more of a nuisance. I keep these knives on my magnetic knife block which works great. The only thing I have is that the green pen looked used/dirty fresh out of the box. Not much, but not ideal for something that can be used for cooking. The knives themselves get 5 stars but I deducted 2 because they can only be hand washed and look dirty. Hope this helps someone else!
