I like that it allows me to track orders from start to finish, so there are no lost sales or late deliveries when my clients need them immediately. While having this software makes business management easier for us, sometimes we have trouble figuring out how to make changes if something goes wrong with an order. Sometimes I think our staff should be able to work more closely together as we're working towards one goal of delivering quality products at all times. The benefit is being able to keep up with everything related to each individual client's account without needing multiple spreadsheets or other programs.
