I bought this camera because it meets all my needs. Two-way audio with monitor and remote display. I was so excited when I received them but that excitement quickly faded as soon as I opened the box. In contrast, as someone here said, power supplies are less than 4 feet long. This is useless unless you plan on plugging it right next to an outlet. My 8 year old Lorex camera system came with 12" power supplies for all the cameras. Update 09/15/21 Upgrade from one to three stars. In general, the system works well once you have everything you need to set it up. I had to spend an extra $$$ to get security camera cable extensions since the included power adapters are only 4 feet long. The remote app is easy to use, although it often disconnects, all you have to do is quit and launch it again. When purchasing, keep in mind that you will need SC cable extensions if they are not near a power source. If you buy a standalone camera, these will come with longer cables.
