
Yes. I haven't owned it long enough to judge its build quality and durability, but I can tell you it's utterly useless unless you're measuring a flat horizontal surface at a level below your reach. The reason is that whoever designed this tool didn't think of adding "teeth" to the end tongue! I am converting a horse trailer and need to measure the horizontal and top walls/ceiling. It is not possible to complete this simple task as you cannot drill the end tongue in place. It disappears! Despite the impressive look and feel, I would definitely come back. $15 for a useless tool is a waste.
