I ordered this steering wheel on October 1st along with an adapter kit. The kit arrived on October 5th, but the wheel was backordered. In mid-November I considered canceling my order for the wheel, but the kit return deadline had passed leaving me stuck with the kit and effectively forced to buy another Grant bike. Started looking for another wheel and ordered it on November 19th. About an hour after I placed the order for the second wheel, I was told that the first had shipped. An interesting time if you ask me. Anyway, I canceled the second wheel order and the first finally arrived on November 25th. It clearly says "Horn Button Included" on the listing and on the outside of the box. But as some other reviewers reported, it wasn't there. The poorly written instructions in the box include instructions for installing a horn button, so it certainly looks like it should come with a horn button. The way the wheel is packaged is because the hardware is right under the cardboard flap, which isn't even covered with tape. I first contacted Revain with the missing parts but was told they couldn't send me another bike until the end of January so I contacted Grant. According to Grant, this does NOT include a "working" horn button, it just turns on a dummy button to fill in the space where the horn should be. I told them to change their packaging and advised the retailers. Let's see what happens as they didn't seem to think it was a problem. So be prepared to pay extra if you need a working horn. At least as far as the wheel is concerned. The steering wheel feels comfortable and is a good size. But I have to say since Grant has been in business you would think they would improve the fit and finish of their products. The last time I bought a Grant wheel was in the 80's and I felt the same way I do now. The wheel looks like it's just glued on, it doesn't quite blend into the steering column. This is mainly due to the installation sets. The entire installation gives the feel of a product someone assembled in their garage, it doesn't feel like a finished product. Fitment instructions are very general instructions that they probably include with every bike sold. They are not specific to the wheel in hand. And they look like 3rd or 4th generation photocopies that aren't even straight. You can figure out how to install a wheel using the instructions, but you'll need to decipher which information to follow and which to ignore. That being said, I'm still giving them 3 stars because I like the bike in general, but I'm probably being generous. .
