Review on S ZONE Vintage Shoulder Upgraded Medium Brown by Dawn Rodrigues

Please see my first review below. This is the second bag I've owned and because of this bag alone I love this bag everyone says if they praise them, and I agree .Also, there are enough compartments inside to organize my keys and phone, and work stuff is separated from my personal stuff (I like to organize it that way).The bag's original zipper broke and they told me i could fix it but i didn't want to because i didn't know what it would look like and i don't have any places i trust to take it so i returned it and then decided to have it to replace because I liked it so much. I confess I am very careful with the zipper now so as not to break it. But I really love this bag. It can te be the best I've ever had. Will go on sale I will probably buy another color one day am serious I really wanted to love this bag. The zipper broke in the first few weeks of use. They said I could take it to a location and fix it and they would pay for it, but after weighing the options I decided to go back. I was concerned about how it would look after the refurbishment and the fact that it's a brand new bag and shouldn't break easily. Great customer service but not a great bag, especially for $70. upset. I might try to buy again in the future if I can't find anything else and hope it doesn't break.
