I have researched all possible options to replace the power supply on my Asus G75VW laptop. I couldn't find a manufacturer to make it anymore so I had to look around the aftermarket. After reading horror stories about other adapters, I finally settled on this one. To my knowledge, many Chinese-made products are often rebranded with the same product at a much lower price. Just note that Ikea batteries are the same as Eneloop Pro batteries if you want to learn more about them. Since this form factor is the same form factor as the newer version of Asus' official power supplies, I figured it might actually be exactly the same. Anyway, I've had this adapter for about 3 months and haven't had any problems so far. The PSU gets hot like any PSU, but it never gets insanely hot like some of them. I will update the review when I go.
