First of all, the bag is beautiful, looks professional and small, perfect for my needs and it is made of leather. I always keep a small retractable tape measure on my desk, but it's metal and more for construction than measuring clothes. I deal with clothing and it's perfect, small enough to fit in my purse, easy to use retractable feature, so smooth it doesn't hurt my joints (I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus). I chose blue, my favorite color, it's bright enough that I can easily find it in my purse and small enough to fit in one of my pants pockets or even in my jeans pocket. I have had another tape measure in my desk drawer since I received it a few days ago and I no longer use it. I will be buying a few more to have at various workstations in my office.
