I like that it is easy enough for new people who aren't familiar with how things work within an organization to learn quickly. It's also great because you can set up your own rules about what kind of feedback should be given. And lastly, we love how well structured all of our teams are! There isn't anything really that i dislike right now. If there was something i disliked, then that would mean that another feature could have been added or made better! We use this software mainly so that everyone knows where they stand within the org chart, but we do sometimes use it when giving feedback on projects. The platform is very intuitive once you understand it's design flow and how each function works together with other functions within your account (ease of use). There are too many features that could be added but I'm sure they will come up soon enough! We've been able solve our coaching needs since we started working through coachbot almost 2 years ago now and have seen great improvements across all levels from leadership right down into individual contributors.
