Initially I was satisfied with the fan, but at night the LED never went out completely and disturbed my sleep. I contacted customer service and was emailed saying they can replace the light kit and I need to call to order. When I called back to explain that this fan did NOT have a light kit AND the LED bulb could not be replaced with another non-LED bulb (I had a lighting expert examine it) I was told I would have to rent one electrician and call him. reduce the power supplied to the fan. Hm?. Very disappointed with the quality of the customer service representatives - inexperienced and unwilling to find a workable solution - it will cost me more than the fan itself! So if you can sleep off the ceiling in low light, this fan is for you.
