I have been able to see how my staff are progressing in their daily duties that help them make decisions about what is best for me! It has helped build confidence within my workforce by helping keep track of changes they can make as well as the progress made with training from Centra Assist. The system works really good when there's new people coming into your organisation because it takes away most manual book keeping which saves time and money plus you don't need an admin assistant to update the database each month making things even simpler!! Sometimes this may feel like we aren’t getting enough information but as long as its just minor details then no problem will be solved - nothing major so far! I really like that Centro helps us keep track of our clients and their needs. There is nothing I dislike about Centro. I would recommend this product to any organization looking for an easy way to keep track of their clients. It has helped us keep track of many of our clients and their needs. Since we are using it to help manage our clients there have been no issues or problems.
