I needed something simple and functional to clean water bottles. I read in the description that this does not apply to wine bottles or beer bottles. I was disappointed that it's too thick to fit in some of my wider-mouthed water bottles than wine/beer bottles. I can make it fit, but it's a bit tight for my 17 ounce Swell water bottle, the Target Swell Knockoff, and my 32 ounce thin neck Nalgene water bottle. I'm thinking of cutting off the end piece to make it easier to work with. Only the tip is too thick. This is a good length for deeper water bottles. It doesn't look pretty but I plan to keep it under the sink where no one can see!
