OK. I'm pinning all my hopes on this one. Rust free and controlled as you wish. Before arrival I was skeptical about the interior design. Grinding machine (continuous worm). I've seen others that are wider and naturally block the exit of food waste to achieve the necessary friction to extract all sorts of juices. Then. I was right at home. Too flimsy and they decided to add a removable vertical screw to the design to block the food. I think this is a sad decision with a lack of design. I'm afraid this screw will rust over time. And it came with traces of rust and oil. Likewise. The interiors are not polished. They feel like they're rusting too. The surface finish does not meet my expectations.
