Unfortunately they don't do anything to my computer screen but I can at least use my phone on maximum blue light filter setting while wearing it. The box says wait 2-3 weeks to see it fully Results One month has passed The real kicker is that my optometrist checked my eyes for polarization and filtering upon exam (I didn't ask him) and he said they were non-polarized, non-anti-glare and non-filtering As effective as they say Worse they were twice the price of the much nicer pair I tested at the doctor's office Needless to say I'm very disappointed They're not totally useless, so how can I use my phone with them but forget my computer or TV with my family Months or so to have one almost every day (aka chronis che migraine): sensitive to light, which means that almost all bright light sources are problematic, including all types of screens. Having just landed my dream home office job, I was hoping that these glasses could do wonders for me, like many others in these reviews. I needed this miracle to take advantage of the amazing opportunity I was given. After reading all the reviews that pretty much accurately described my predicament, I was ready to experience what so many others are having. I think a higher power had other plans for me.
