Drink water!: Sports nutrition

I am a healthy man, 26 years old, already in great shape, great experience. Great addition, my new pre-work favorite, yes really. First day I took 2 pills after school meal, I thought it would be great as I will be sitting all day. It took an hour for the effects to kick in, I felt a gentle energy, I got quite warm, a little itchy, no tremors, I had a real headache but I wasn't drinking enough water.
