Nice shirt to work out

This is a really nice shirt to work out or to wear out and about. The material is dry fit and it’s light and airy. I always love thumbholes with my long sleeve shirts, so this is always nice to have. It fit me perfectly. I am 5’7”, 180 lbs, and I got a large.

What I like most about this is the hand sleeves where I can pull the sleeves down below my hands and put my thumbs in the little slit there. My hands tend to get cold in the fall and winter so I love that I can use this quickly without looking for gloves.I also like that this is a little longer than most workout shirts. I am using it with leggings and it looks perfect. I have a fuller stomach and it doesn''t hug that either - there is enough room for a comfortable fit. It washed perfectly in cold water with a low heat to dry.I hope this helps you make the choice that is right for you.
