I lost the original remote control for this Toshiba TV when I was cleaning up and throwing away things when moving to a new home. I never needed a remote as this tv had a ROKU streaming device which I have on all my tvs around the house, it has a remote that programs the tv to turn on/off, volume control etc. I couldn't access the menus with the Roku remote so I bought an inexpensive (universal RCA remote) but this one was quirky and many of the functions and menu access were hard to get to. The universal remote didn't allow you to access other features that are unique to this Toshiba like (freeze image) etc. So I already had 2 remotes, why do I need these from Revain? Well I wanted it, I just wanted a remote that I knew was for this TV, it's a lot better. I should have gotten this a long time ago. I give 5 stars for the price and quality.
