Review on Toyo Observe G3-Ice 235/45 R17 94 winter by Micha Kamierczak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Before this tire, there were many, many different tires and many different cars. From the latest, Kumho Velcro on the Peugeot 406. On the Lada Granta Nankang SW-7 spikes. After Velcro, even the Chinese spikes seemed super tenacious and safe. The Ural climate is 5 months of good winter. I decided to put new winter tires on my Grant. I suffered for a long time when choosing, there are a lot of different tires in stores, but you need to choose one and for several winters. There are no electronic assistants in the car, so you need good tires to feel confident in the winter. I read reviews about all sorts of tires and budget and premium and the first echelon and the second and third. I picked up a lot of different buzzwords, a lot of smart and not very experts, a lot of good and specifically bad reviews. There is NOT a single tire so that the spikes do not fly out, and why the spikes should not fly out. On new cars, engines are not resource and not repair with low mileage of 200,000 km. this is normal, but tires for 2-3 seasons are not normal. What tire manufacturers don't want to eat? And it does not matter the first echelon or the third. This must be measured, the main thing is that their desire to devour was not dangerous during the movement. Bad reviews are written by regions with a mild climate or driving guys who do not know how or do not want to break in tires. I have 420 km all the spikes in place and the break-in mode in my head has not yet been turned off. I also love to drive and I can’t wait until I can turn off this hated running mode. Run-in 500-800 km up to 70 km/h, without slipping and skidding. Loved these tires. Winter mode in the head incl. 1. They accelerate well on clean asphalt. 2. They brake well on clean asphalt. 3. They climb well in snowy yards, even uphill. We have to park very close to the house and a little on the rise, the old Nankang SW-7 could not cope, it was polished and pulled to the side. 4. They brake very well in the city. 5. Getting quieter every day. 6. Slush on the road, good. 7. Track on the road, good. I liked the tires. Take a closer look, these tires are often put on expensive cars, car owners who know how to earn and count money.

Pros
  • Price, quality, faceted spikes, rubber composition, good braking in the city (Hong Kong, about 1 million inhabitants) the roads in the center are being cleaned. Walking through snowy yards. Quiet and comfortable.
Cons
  • Malaysia, but like Japan. Bus code OBG3SA.
