Review on SCS Direct Humanity Hates Trump by Charmaine Murray

I got them at night because I was interested in gaming. Bought the base set and both expansions. I've flipped through the cards and they're hilarious. I have several complaints. First, the shipping method was terrible. The basic package was packaged in a "box" that was actually four folded pieces of cardboard. I didn't have to "open" anything to get to the product. It could just fall out and I'm very surprised that didn't happen. The other two were sent together in a large bubble-wrapped envelope. Second, the physical quality of the product is below average. All of the crates (actual product containers) have dented corners and have obviously been handled quite roughly. There was cellophane around these boxes but it was all torn despite being in different packaging with minimal damage. It looks like it happened in the beginning. The underside of Extension One had a cut across the entire floor. When I removed the cellophane, the cards fell out of the floor. Looks like someone cut it open while cutting open the big box. I sealed it with tape before taking the attached photo. The cards themselves are slightly damaged around the edges - much easier than in Cards Against Humanity. Finally, and most annoyingly as I'm skimming through it, I haven't played it yet, Expansion One has a few cards that are also in the core set. Not cool. If you pay extra for an extension, expect them all to be unique. I found at least 2 right away without doing much digging and I highly doubt this is all. Again, the cards are fun. I'm sure the game will be a lot of fun, but I don't think these cards will survive if spilled on them (which is a huge benefit of CAH item quality - I spilled a lot of alcohol on them). and all are in good condition). I know the other negative reviews on here were written by people offended by the product (and those who shouldn't have bought it in the first place). That's not the case with me. I disapprove of Trump and Clinton alike and intend to enjoy this overpriced game anyway. Photos are included for reference. I changed my answer after comparing with CAH - they are practically the same size. Not perfect, but you don't see the difference. They are less than a millimeter wider than the CAH.
