I originally ordered a size 23 for my 6 month old Pitbull. She is smaller and I assumed her height. The shirts fit perfectly, even perfectly! I know she's grown at least a little, and I've read that she's shrinking. I sent them back and bought 28" instead. They looked like they were going to be too big but I'm happy with their fit even before washing. They seem to be good quality and nice colors. I would probably upsize raise one to accommodate shrinking and/or growing puppies.Update: When she first put the shirt on she chewed a few holes because she could reach her chest with her mouth.I improvised and sewed a suitable cotton fabric around the torn ones Hide/boost parts Not perfect, but it works and it's pretty cute!
