Refurbished laptop comes without its original packaging and no instructions or manuals. The power cord was wrapped in duct tape. Not the best packaging but my purchase arrived in perfect/near perfect condition. It was in a sealed USPS bubble wrap with 3-4 bubble wrap. The box was filled with a pack of peanuts on the top and bottom of the computer. I knew I was getting a refurbished computer and knew what to expect. I just wish it was something more original since the factory boxed it. At least a guide would be great. In addition, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Other than that, overall I'm happy with it. Performance or what the laptop is best for. Mainly school/college work. You can play some games on it but I wouldn't recommend anything online like Call of Duty or Fortnight. It's pretty fast and has a great image. I was very satisfied with the picture and the touch screen.
