Suitable for Glass Flat Top

This grill is heavier than I expected. I have seasoned and seem to have trouble with the texture of the grill after seasoning. I've never hardened cast iron, so I assume that's how it works. Today I made pancakes and they turned out great. You may only want to heat the burners on low heat as the pan gets too hot on medium heat. I had to drizzle with oil before making the rest of the pancakes. The cleaning went great. I waited a bit for it to cool and clean. I'm glad I finally have a double sided grill that works on my glass range top. Next thing to try is grilled burgers!
