I ordered the NEW Boulder slip-ons. BLACK preserved and used. The seal around the toes of both shoes came off. The sole had dirt and seeds stuck between the sole ridges. There are dents on the feet on the shoes. The box was damaged and torn at the corners. I sent them back. I bought my second pair because the first pair I received had a foot strap stretching and pulling out of the top of the sole. I love the fit and comfort of this shoe so I'm disappointed with the wear and delivery of the second pair. Someone took a new pair and sent the old ones back. If the box is damaged like this you can tell it was before shipping unless you view the item before shipping. Too expensive for such quality and service. Dissatisfied.
