I like the overall look of the product and for those who aren't mechanical at all I was able to put it together in 35 minutes. It was a little difficult to get into the basement (60lbs) but not too difficult to assemble the product yourself. It's very functional and I've added it to my home gym. There was a small white scratch on one of the protrusions, but not enough to return it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the crossbars on the back of the unit were difficult to align so they are slightly offset and the screws are not as tightly seated. Otherwise I would still recommend it.
