Great way to breathe new life into old cabinets. My cabinets are structurally sound, but aren't my favorite to look at. I decided to jazz them up with some accessories since it's just not time for a complete overhaul of my inherited home/kitchen. Not only do these racks look better than tossing everything in the cabinet, they're handy too!Installation was fast and easy. Took me about 5 minutes per rack. The whole job took about 40 minutes if you include clearing out the cabinet and sorting out the expired food that had gotten lost at the back of the cabinet. That won't be happening anymore!The racks feel sturdy enough to support the weight of a couple of cans and miscellaneous items (small bag of rice, crackers, etc). I only have items in a single layer so I can't attest to how it holds up to having multiple stacks of canned food on it.After installing, I did have some "dead space" as mentioned in other reviews, but I made sure to mount the racks as far left as possible (without scraping the left side of the cabinet) in order to leave a small space to store additional items. I'm able to place cans and boxes there also so I don't feel like I lost out on much space.
