When I first connected it to my Win 10 PC I couldn't find it. Other Bluetooth devices work with it without any problems. And when it was connected, the lag was so great that I couldn't watch movies because the conversation was out of sync. I connected the Bluetooth adapter (that came with the wireless mouse) and now it connects perfectly. And the delay is also synchronized. The volume control provides a sound boost over the normal volume and has a basic tint. whereby everything what you see, what a movie looks like. That's great. I'm glad I fixed the issue because I thought it just didn't work. Because it works better than what I bought before. I will most likely buy another one as a backup. It never hurts to be prepared.
