We bought this mixer and so far we are very satisfied, because for such a reasonable price we got a whole food processor. It turns out a wonderful puree soup with a blender attachment. The only thing is that I cool all products before homogenization, yet the material from which the mixer is made is plastic. Then I boil again. This, of course, increases the cooking time of the dish, but not by much. The chopper perfectly chop greens, vegetables, both raw and boiled, as for me - too small for vegetables. But the greens are just right. While the greens are ground, cut in large quantities and froze for the winter. Then the store will be greenhouse and treated with chemicals. Our family strives for natural nutrition. So the Bosch mixer will help us)))
