I needed a way to compact my paints while painting keep. I searched a lot on the internet until I came across this one. Others were too expensive or not very attractive or practical. That helped. It's not easy to assemble, but it's ok in the end. It is held together by rubber bands at the end pieces. Over time I plan to glue the pieces together with superglue. It forces me to be more organized while painting so I don't have to stack everything in my paint box and then find the right color. The slots holding the bottoms of the tubes are narrow. I had to unroll the crimp on the end of each of my tubes (Windsor Newton). so that they fit tightly in the groove.
