I have chronic inner ear infections so I am constantly looking for something other than headphones that will fit me as headphones make my ear infections worse. Other than that

My work requires constant use of headphones (Medical Transcriptionist). I have chronic inner ear infections so I am constantly looking for something other than headphones that will fit me as headphones make my ear infections worse. However, they are usually not suitable for this. I hear 100% of the noise around me all the time, which doesn't allow me to concentrate and get my work done. However, they are good for outdoor activities. They have very good sound quality, fit well and are very comfortable to wear.
