I had no idea what Starflower smelled like but now that I know it's quite a strong floral scent, no more. This is a unique and very feminine fragrance. Excellent quality and size soap. The lotion comes in a small tube. It's quite thick and very creamy. This manufacturer also offers an argan oil lotion (Pre de Provence - Citrus Moroccan Argan Oil Ultra Moisturizing Hand Cream), which is much thicker in consistency. The lotion is in a tube, like paint for artists. It looks very fashionable but sometimes it is difficult for me to open it because the edges of the cap are edgy and a bit sharp. I get a lot of sores on my hands and those sharp edges on the cap force me to use a towel or rag to pry open the tube if it was too tight.
