I forgot why I chose this model/brand but it's not very good. Here are my problems: 1. The motor doesn't make a constant noise, it runs fast and then slow when grinding which sounds like it's struggling to grind a pepper. 2. The bottom cover doesn't fit properly, it's too loose and doesn't hold up when I take it off the counter.3. The company behaves aggressively in contact. Your product is no better than its ability to work, no matter how aggressive your "customer support" emails are. I don't want to receive multiple product reviews from one company. When they told me who they were and to contact them if I had any problems, I understood. It's too much and it's annoying like we have nothing better to do.4. I don't care about your past. This product hails from China and won't be assembled in your family's garage over the weekend until you reach the scales. your story sucks In summary, this is a cheap, low-quality Chinese product with aggressive customer support and a poor attempt to touch the heart.
