Started with the face sample pack and really loved this moisturizer so decided to go for the full bar despite some of the negative reviews that it doesn't work as well. It definitely take a bit more warming in the hands than the sample did, but it's bigger too so that makes sense. It still works great though, rubs in well and helps my normal to dry skin.
