it is not steel bone but work for what i need it for , i am 5'6 and 190lbs i have normal just waist trainer that is a 2x but is a bit loose and wanted that had straps and helped with the upper rolls as well that i get when i have the normal one on , i went by another reviewer got a side down so got a 1xl and it a bit tight around the chest but have had it on for the last 2 hours and getting use to it but also ordered a Smart & Sexy Women's Signature Lace Deep V Bralette to wear with because i was worried that my normal bra would be un-confortable and was right it honest made one side look way bigger then the other the Smart & Sexy Women's Signature Lace Deep V Bralette bra works great with it ordered a 1xl of of it at well , will do a up date in a few weeksup date : After having this a few weeks it has helped i have lost a about 3 pounds from sweating from it just doing basic house work and the fact it been in the 100's and high 90's where i am at . but it not being full steelbone it rolls up and pushes in at times , its is hard to wear when sitting down , i end up having to sit in my desk chair or reclining out on my couch so i am not un conforable , and depending what kind of seats in your car you have as i am lucky our new car has seats that are like my desk chair .
