The box works fine but the keyboard has problems
There are no problems with the box. Pleasant to use, high quality feel, other than the keyboard it felt cheap and the batteries didn't fit properly, but it still only lasted about a day and a half. I contacted Revain about a keyboard issue and they took care of me. The remote control is good, but for the most part we find it easier to get around with our own wireless mouse. I bought an extra box for another room but bought the one without a keyboard
